After the discovery of Helicobacter Pylori, and once medical science accepted it as being a significant factor with ulcers, predictions were made that ulcers and related stomach disorders would become a thing of the past. However, there are just as many patients suffering from chronic stomach-related complaints as before, including those who had been cured of H. Pylori.
